caught me off guard. The four frames that I ordered all came in mint condition in a tidy manner. However, the largest floating frame for a 36” x 48” painting was a bit too large and the brackets wouldn’t work. Now I am left to make my own custom brackets to try to make this work. Considering this was a $350 frame, this caught me off guard.
Mark R., Edmonton | KeenART stands out... I've been from one side of Canada to the other, and I've seen a lot of printers. KeenART stands out as one of the best I have seen. They specialize in fine art prints, so they are better set-up for making superior small-batch high-quality prints than an outfit that relies on volume sales. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. Turnaround times are super fast, and the work is accurate. Prices are reasonable, given the high quality of the final output. I have a wide variety of excellent art materials to choose from. They even matted my work! Cheap materials makes for cheap art, I say, but KeenART is quality all of the way! Five stars out of five!
Jeff Shyluk, Port Coquitlam | I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now?
KeenART: Yes, we have shipped the missing items.
Reta R., | Not impressed. Not impressed. I live in Ottawa and your business is located in Ottawa yet it took 15 days to receive an incomplete order.
